Dr Ioana Popa, MD, FRCSC

Urologue/Urologist
CIUSSS du Nord-de-l'Île-de-Montréal
Montréal, Canada

I am back in Canada working at Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur-Coeur-de-Montréal in Montréal which is a Université de Montréal affiliated hospital.

I am an academic urologist.

I did a second fellowship in Sydney in Functional and Reconstructive Urology with Dr Amanda Chung and Vincent Tse.

Currently I am doing andrology and functional work.

I learned all about implants, sphincters, slings, Peyronie’s from you since I had zero experience prior to the fellowship and I am very grateful for my experience in Melbourne.

Justin La, MD

Department of Urology
Kaiser Permanente San Rafael

Training under Dr. Chris Love was the most enlightening and memorable experience in my surgical training career. I had the privilege of learning from, arguably, the leading urologic prosthetic surgeon in Australia; picking up the most up-to-date techniques for surgical treatments of erectile dysfunction and Peyronie’s disease. Most of how I perform surgeries still mirrors the surgical cases I performed with Dr. Love. My patients have great cosmetic and functional outcomes largely in part to techniques I picked up through the surgical fellowship.

I am currently a staff (consultant) urologist at Kaiser Permanente Northern California in the US. I practice general urology with a subspecialty in sexual medicine and prosthetic surgery.
